Esco Products is a Unites States manufacturer of optical components. Our diverse production shop has the ability to accommodate your complete optical needs. Our highly trained staff is made up machinists, opticians, and engineers that are dedicated to producing the highest quality optical components.

Esco Products specializes in both prototypes and high volume production. We excel in quality and lead times. To better support our customers, we accommodate blanket orders and kanban orders to ensure the lowest possible price with deliveries spread out over a specified period of time.

With four Optotech CNC lens machines, Esco does all varieties of radius work: spherical, cylindrical, and aspherical. Our three axis CNC milling machines allow us to shape and step windows to our customers individual needs.

We have double-sided lapping and polishing machines that allow for high quantity and quality windows. For smaller quantities and extreme precision, we have a pitch polishing department made up of single sided lappers and polishers. We have two Zygo interferometers to ensure that our work is correct and accurate.

We also have an in house coating department made up of four chambers. Our box coater is ideal for large volume Anti-Reflective work, and our smaller chambers specialize in Neutral Density, Metallic, and Dielectric coatings.

Esco produces custom optics directly from our inventory of various raw materials. We keep common glass materials on the shelf, and have the ability to obtain uncommon materials as needed.
